Litigation Attorney

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on renewables projects, emphasizing facilities operations and power purchase agreements.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and document drafting related to renewables projects.
• Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including trials, hearings, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop legal strategies and solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the renewables sector.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing of the Bar.
• 10+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on renewable projects.
• Demonstrated experience in wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell facilities.
• Knowledge of smart grid technology, energy storage, and energy efficiency practices.
• Proven track record of client service and effective communication.
• A portable book of business is preferred.

Education:
