  • Stay current on legal developments affecting client cases

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with immigration law matters (e.g., USCIS applications)

  • Proven litigation experience with successful outcomes

  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to a state bar association

  • Valid license to practice law in California
