Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced labor relations attorney to join their Employment Law and Labor Relations team in Portland, Oregon. This hybrid position requires a professional with over eight years of experience in management-side traditional labor law.

Duties

  • Provide guidance on collective bargaining and contract administration.
  • Advise clients on union-related topics.
  • Represent employers in arbitrations and board hearings.

Requirements

  • Active member in good standing of the Oregon State Bar Association or eligible for reciprocity.
  • Client base preferred.
  • Washington or California State Bar license is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar membership in Oregon.
