Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate with OSHA experience to join its practice group in Oregon. Duties

  • Manage OSHA litigation matters in California, Arizona, and/or Nevada.

  • Minimum two years of OSHA litigation experience.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
  • State Bar membership in the practicing jurisdiction.
