Duties:

  • Manage and litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims.
  • Handle high-exposure cases and complex litigation matters related to workers' compensation.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal correspondence.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case management and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Delaware State Bar or ability to gain admission promptly.
  • 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on workers’ compensation.
  • Strong understanding of Delaware workers’ compensation laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
