Mid-Level Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney

A law firm in Frederick is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of sophisticated corporate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will gain direct client contact and hands-on experience with complex matters, including M&A deals, Securities, reorganizations, financing, and corporate governance. Experience running deals is considered a plus.

Duties:

• Gain direct client contact and hands-on experience with complex corporate transactional matters.
• Handle sophisticated corporate transactions, including M&A deals, Securities, reorganizations, financing, and corporate governance.
• Experience running deals is a plus.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sophisticated corporate transactional experience.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Experience:

Experience with M&A deals, Securities, reorganizations, financing, and corporate governance.

Skills:

• Direct client contact and hands-on experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate transactional matters.
• Experience running deals is a plus.
