Job Overview: A law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in healthcare, regulatory, and litigation matters. This full-time, on-site position in Houston, TX, offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex legal issues within the healthcare industry. Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on healthcare, regulatory, and litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, memorandums, and motions.
  • Negotiate settlements and other legal agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes and legal trends in healthcare law.
  • Assist in managing client relationships and maintaining high-quality client service.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare, regulatory, and litigation matters.
  • Strong research and writing abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience providing legal advice and managing client relationships.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar admission in the State of Texas.
