The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of efficiently managing a full caseload, encompassing tasks such as reporting, drafting motions, discovery, court appearances, and pre-trial preparation.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee a diverse caseload involving insurance defense, focusing on general liability matters and commercial transportation.
• Conduct thorough legal research, analyze complex issues, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft and prepare various legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Represent clients during court appearances, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to optimize case strategy and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and organized case records, documenting client interactions, court appearances, and case developments.

Requirements:
