No Fault Litigation Attorney

A law firm located in Uniondale, NY, is seeking a No Fault Litigation Attorney with 1+ years of litigation experience to join their No Fault (PIP) defense litigation practice. The role involves handling and managing litigation files from inception through trial, preparing legal documents, and making court and arbitration appearances.

Duties:

• Handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial
• Prepare motions and memorandums of law
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands, and responses
• Draft reports and provide file analysis
• Make court and arbitration appearances

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New York
• 1+ years of litigation experience, preferably in No Fault (PIP) defense
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Court and arbitration experience is a plus
