Associate Attorney needed for Dallas office

Job Overview:

A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of legal experience, with a strong interest in state and federal litigation practice. The role involves researching and drafting motions and briefs, participating in discovery, and managing cases and clients. Job Duties:

• Research and draft motions and briefs for various litigation matters.
• Participate in all aspects of the discovery process.
• Manage cases and client relationships effectively.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong interest in and/or prior exposure to state/federal litigation practice.
• Experience across the litigation spectrum (e.g., oil and gas, energy, fiduciary litigation, employment, privacy, antitrust, securities, etc.) is welcomed.
• District court or appellate court clerkship experience preferred.
• Deposition, hearing, and trial experience are beneficial.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in the state of Texas.
