Duties:

  • Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and assist with case strategy development.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to manage complex litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful case outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in litigation, with a strong background in handling complex legal matters.
  • Texas bar license is required.
  • Proven ability to draft and file pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents.
  • Experience in representing clients in depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Strong case management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Texas State Bar.

Skills:

  • Strong litigation and trial skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
