A nationally respected law firm is actively seeking a Litigation Counsel or Senior Counsel to join its dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in electronic discovery and litigation support. This position focuses on delivering strategic legal solutions and managing complex litigation processes.

Location

Duties

• Collaborate with litigation teams to deliver exceptional legal representation

• Lead case strategy, records review, and discovery processes

• Participate in client and witness interviews

• Oversee electronic discovery workflows and document production

• Implement analytics and predictive coding across platforms

• Design and manage privilege log and redaction workflows

• Draft and revise witness kits and summaries

• Establish document review protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Experience in litigation, with a focus on e-discovery

• Demonstrated proficiency with document review platforms and legal analytics tools

• Expertise in automated redaction and privilege logging

• Strong drafting and editing capabilities for deposition preparation materials

• Solid understanding of litigation life cycle and trial preparation

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
