Mid-Level To Senior Liability Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Liability Attorney to join their team in King of Prussia, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of legal matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This role involves managing individual cases, drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, providing strategic legal analysis, and representing clients in court when necessary.

Duties:

• Manage a variety of legal matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• Draft pleadings, legal documents, and dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions, handle oral arguments, and participate in jury trials.
• Provide strategic legal analysis for cases.
• Answer written discovery and ensure timely responses.
• Represent clients in court appearances as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably in motor vehicle and premises liability.
• Experience in ride-share litigation is a plus.
• Partner-level candidates should have a track record of handling high-exposure cases and sitting as first chair through jury verdict trials.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
