Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on labor and employment law issues.
• Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Represent clients in labor and employment-related matters, such as wrongful termination claims, discrimination cases, and wage disputes.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment law compliance.
• Assist with client consultations, negotiations, and settlements.

Requirements:

• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Preference for candidates with labor and employment law experience, though general civil litigation experience is welcomed.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar.
