A law firm located in Paramus, NJ, is seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will work directly with clients on their claims, from filing to closure, representing client interests at virtual hearings and telephonic depositions. Additionally, the attorney will counsel clients on emerging issues in litigated matters, prepare exposure analysis, conduct settlement negotiations, and consistently apply firm standards and tactics to achieve client goals.

 

Duties:

  • Work directly with clients on workers' compensation claims from filing to closure.
  • Represent client interests at virtual hearings and telephonic depositions.
  • Counsel clients on emerging issues in litigated matters.
  • Prepare exposure analysis and conduct settlement negotiations.
  • Consistently apply firm standards and tactics to achieve client goals.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in the state of New Jersey.

 

Education:

  • Continuing Legal Education at no cost to team members.
