The candidate will manage foreclosure files, review and execute legal documents, prepare responses to discovery requests, attend court hearings, and ensure compliance with client timeline requirements.

 

Duties:

  • Represent banks and mortgage loan servicers in foreclosure proceedings.
  • Manage and maintain foreclosure files according to industry compliance requirements.
  • Review and execute legal documents and pleadings.
  • Prepare responses to discovery requests.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, and non-jury trials.
  • Compile and review documents required for the foreclosure process.
  • Prosecute cases in a timely manner to meet client timeline requirements.
  • Utilize the firm's case management system to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis of statutes, case law, and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via various communication platforms.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
  • 0-2 years of foreclosure experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge of civil procedure and rules of evidence.
  • Strong time management skills.

 

Certifications:

Florida Bar license.
