The candidate will be responsible for attending hearings and preparing documents filed with the court, including motions for relief from stay, proofs of claim, and objections to confirmation. Will be responsible for reviewing files as they are assigned and developing strategies for handling these files. Knowledge of default law, real estate or civil litigation, bankruptcy or evictions essential. Knowledge of various corporate structures and arrangements and demonstrated ability to review and recommend alternatives essential. Admission to the RI State Bar is essential.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degree. Must have the ability to manage a high file volume. Must have a demonstrated ability to effectively assess and balance risks and make business decisions.
