Patent Agent/Advisor (Biotech)

Should have substantive industry experience and a Ph.D. in biotechnology or a related field to join the busy life science-focused patent counseling and prosecution practice. Broad scientific knowledge in biotechnology or related field is required. Must be a registered USPTO patent agent or eligible to sit for the USPTO registration exam and otherwise meet the requirements for registration as a patent agent.
