Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their team in Hartford, CT. Duties:

  • Handle affordable housing tax credit transactions, providing valuable expertise in this area.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in title and survey review, drafting acquisition documents, and reviewing diverse loan documents.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless execution of legal processes.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, focusing on developers' representation.
  • Strong fundamentals in title and survey review, drafting acquisition documents, and reviewing varied loan documents.
  • Experience with affordable housing tax credit transactions is a plus.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts and/or Connecticut Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Massachusetts and/or Connecticut Bar.
