Litigation Member Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Memphis, TN, is seeking a highly qualified Litigation Member Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of litigation experience. Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings.
• Manage all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, motions, and trial.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on various legal matters.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case strategy and preparation.
• Attend court hearings and mediations as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee.
• Juris Doctorate or better from an accredited law school.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:
