A law firm in San Francisco is seeking a Litigation (Real Estate and Business) Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to primarily handle large-scale commercial real estate litigation. The ideal candidate will possess prior similar experience and excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.

 

Duties:

  • Handle large-scale commercial real estate litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate and business disputes.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for court proceedings.
  • Assist with discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage caseload and meet deadlines.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on real estate and business matters.
  • Prior experience handling large-scale commercial real estate litigation preferred.
  • Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admittance to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admittance.

 

Education:
