Senior Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior associate attorney with 5+ years of substantial civil litigation experience in state and federal trial courts. The candidate will draft and argue motions. Will prepare and present trial testimony and argument. Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses. Brief and argue writs and appeals. Manage discovery, including complex electronic discovery. Participate in firm management and demonstrate a capacity for business development. Federal judicial clerkship experience and civil trial experience are strongly preferred.

The candidate must have outstanding academic and professional credentials, including strong references. Excellent legal research and writing skills are required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed. Should have demonstrated leadership in community or Bar association activities.
