Attorney needed for New York City office

A law firm in New York City is seeking an experienced Attorney with at least 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of legal tasks, including researching and analyzing ethical rules, reviewing agreements, drafting firm policies, assessing conflicts, and responding to discovery requests. The role also involves assisting with potential claims and litigation, creating training materials, and delivering presentations. Duties:

• Research and analyze ethical rules and related legal questions.
• Review and edit agreements with clients and third parties.
• Draft and enforce firm policies and protocols.
• Assess and advise on client and business conflicts.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
