Corporate Associate Attorney

The ideal candidate will focus on analyzing, structuring, and documenting mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate formations, and restructurings. Experience and interest in tax law issues within mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions are advantageous. The role involves assisting in drafting and negotiating various business contracts related to major transactions and day-to-day operations, as well as conducting due diligence and structuring work.

Duties:

• Address tax law issues within mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate law.
• Interest or experience in tax law aspects of transactions (a plus).
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
