Duties:

  • Advise and counsel clients on various employment and human resource-related legal matters.

  • Represent clients in litigated disputes involving employment, shareholder, intellectual property, franchise, and fiduciary matters.
  • Provide legal guidance on labor, employment, and internal management issues.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in employment litigation and/or counseling in a law firm setting.
  • Strong background in handling employment, shareholder, and business-related disputes.
  • Experience managing cases involving allegations against employees, officers, directors, and shareholders.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to resolve disputes and provide strategic legal counsel.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to teamwork and client service.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Minnesota and good standing.
  • Additional bar admissions in other states are a plus.
  • CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional experience is beneficial.
