Probate / Estate Planning Attorney

Hilton Head Island office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a probate/estate planning attorney with 3+ years of estate planning and probate administration experience. The candidate will be responsible for client engagement and counseling, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, and managing project workflow in the practice areas of estate planning, along with business transactional work and probate. Should be a self-starter with great customer service skills, strong academic credentials, and exceptionally strong legal research and writing skills. Must be qualified to practice law in South Carolina.
