Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in employment law or robust litigation experience
  • Active membership in the California State Bar
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • A demonstrated interest or prior experience in employment litigation or counseling

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admittance to the California State Bar

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the California Bar (Required)
