Corporate Associate Attorney

Rochester office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate associate attorney with 3+ years of related experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling general corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, governance and compliance issues, and other business transactions. Must be admitted to practice in New York State.

The candidate must possess strong drafting, negotiation, and technical skills, and be motivated self-starter who take ownership of their projects. Should be team player with a strong work ethic, enthusiasm for providing excellent client service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
