A law firm located in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking an Estate Planning/Elder Law Attorney with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the firm, overseeing various responsibilities related to estate planning, elder law, and estate administration. This role includes supervising Medicaid applications and guardianship complaints, drafting asset protection plans and estate planning documents, managing all phases of estate administration, attending client meetings, and handling client communication. The Estate Planning/Elder Law Attorney will also be responsible for marketing efforts to attract estate planning and elder law clients, developing relationships with community partners, speaking on estate planning and elder law topics, drafting court submissions, and attending court proceedings. In addition, this position will involve handling estate litigation matters.
