Job Overview:

The Financial Services Litigation Associate Attorney will represent financial institutions and mortgage servicers in real property matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of financial services litigation experience, possess strong writing and research skills, and be admitted to the New York Bar. Duties:

• Represent financial institutions and mortgage servicers in real property matters
• Handle class action litigation, if required
• Conduct depositions and oral arguments
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of financial services litigation experience
• Knowledge of representing financial institutions and mortgage servicers in real property matters
• Experience with class action litigation is a plus
• Strong deposition and oral argument experience
• Enthusiastic work attitude and proactive approach
• Ability to handle multiple issues on an ongoing basis
• Strong writing and research skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admission to the New York Bar

Education and Certifications:
