Litigation Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney for its Glendale, CA, location. The Litigation Attorney will gain vast experience in all aspects of defense litigation, including reviewing and summarizing medical records, making court appearances, communicating with clients, and providing arbitration, mediation, and trial support. The candidate should possess good technology skills, including proficiency in file management and word processing software, Lexis Nexis, and dictation.

Duties:

• Gain experience in all aspects of defense litigation.
• Review and summarize medical records.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of California.
