Associate Attorney needed for Glendale office

Duties:

• Manage a caseload with minor oversight, handling all aspects of litigation from intake to trial to appeal
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Assist with case strategy development and implementation
• Participate in case evaluations and settlement negotiations
• Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in the law relevant to the firm's practice areas

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in California
• 1-3 years of experience working at a law firm
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills

Education:
