Portland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a privacy and data security attorney with 5-10 years of experience, including advising clients in the following areas: Privacy compliance including under GDPR and CCPA; Working with clients in developing and drafting their privacy policies; Supporting various types of other business transactions. The candidate will join the Business department. Active Washington or Oregon State Bar membership is essential. A portable business is preferred.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree or better. Must be a team player with a desire to collaborate and see others succeed. Should have the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently. Must have the ability to handle a variety of matters simultaneously to meet client demands. Should have excellent research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
