A law firm seeks an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for their Reno, NV office. The successful candidate will have expertise in areas such as bodily injury defense, employment, and other insurance defense matters.

Duties

• Handle civil cases through trial, including depositions, oral arguments, and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting.
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada; additional state licensure is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in Insurance Defense preferred.
• Experience in bodily injury defense, employment, or other insurance defense matters required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Nevada Bar membership required.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
