Duties

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school.
• High academic achievement.
• Experience in transactional tax.
• Admitted to or eligible to waive into the New York, DC, or Texas Bar.
• Prior experience in a peer law firm required.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
