Job Overview

A law firm seeks a midlevel associate for its Corporate and Business Transactions practice in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in life sciences transactions, including drafting and negotiating various agreements. Candidates with in-house counsel experience in the life sciences industry are also encouraged to apply.

Duties

  • Draft and negotiate collaboration and license agreements.
  • Handle supply and operational agreements, including CDA/NDAs, MTAs, SRAs, CTAs, and MSAs.
  • Manage product purchase and sale agreements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of law firm experience in life sciences transactions.
  • Alternatively, 2+ years as in-house counsel in the life sciences industry.
  • Strong desire to focus on life sciences transactions.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for admission.

Skills

  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
