Location:

Duties:

  • Draft legal advocacy documents, including motions, protests, petitions, briefs, and discovery

  • Represent clients in litigation, from case initiation through to trial

  • Provide oral advocacy in hearings and court proceedings

  • Work on cases related to Workers' Compensation, WISHA, and Employment Law

  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies

  • Manage relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service and communication

Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of legal experience, recent law school graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Strong communication and writing skills (Required)

  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze medical evidence (Preferred)

  • Litigation experience or interest in litigation (Preferred)
