Mid-Level Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney

A law firm in Columbia is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have sophisticated corporate transactional experience, including M&A deals, Securities, reorganizations, financing, and corporate governance. The role provides direct client contact and hands-on experience with complex matters, making experience running deals a valuable asset.

Duties:

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
