Job Overview:

Exceptional academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential. Relevant DC Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly is required.

Duties:

  • Manage transactions independently, demonstrating expertise in various corporate and transactional matters.
  • Specialize in leveraged buyouts and strategic investments.
  • Provide legal counsel and support to clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessment.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in private equity buy-outs and transactional matters.
