Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm based in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with at least 2 years of experience in litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation cases, providing legal counsel, and conducting legal research to support case strategies.

Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and provide legal analysis.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:
