Mid to Senior-level Litigation Associate Attorney

Sacramento office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid to senior-level litigation associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The candidate will have successfully argued motions; taken and defended depositions. Should have extensive experience analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and class certification motions, writs, and appeals. Must have trial preparation experience. Experience overseeing and mentoring junior associates is essential. Case management experience is needed. Law Review experience preferred. Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar.

The candidate should have solid writing skills. Must have the ability to be strategic and analytical. Must have a solid academic performance from a top law school.
