The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in working with clients to identify inventions, assisting attorneys in patent preparation and prosecution, conducting patent searches and analysis, and providing technical support in IP litigation and transactions.

 

Duties:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify inventions.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing and prosecuting patent applications.
  • Conduct patent searching and analysis.
  • Provide technical assistance to attorneys in IP litigation and IP transactions.


Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, immunology, or pharmacology.
  • Strong academic credentials.

 

Education:

Advanced degree in the relevant field.

 

Certifications:

Any relevant certifications in intellectual property law are advantageous.

 

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Technical proficiency in biotechnology.
  • Ability to collaborate with attorneys and clients effectively.
