Duties:

  • Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to develop tax planning and compliance strategies.
  • Represent clients in IRS audits and other tax-related proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience focusing on tax issues, focusing on public finance and infrastructure finance transactions.
  • Strong understanding of federal tax laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
