Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their rights and obligations under family law.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize and develop case plans.
  • Manage and supervise junior attorneys and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
  • Engage in client development and networking activities to grow the firm's family law practice.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Colorado State Bar and good standing with no disciplinary actions.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing family law, strongly emphasizing litigation.
  • Familiarity with Colorado family law statutes, rules, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
