Family Law Associate Attorney

Denver office of our client seeks family law associate attorney with 3-5 years of family law/litigation experience. The candidate manage multiple cases with varying levels of complexity. Will manage client reporting, billing, budgeting and case management requirements. Draft motions, responses, declarations, financial disclosures, discovery, correspondence, and other family law related documents. Conduct depositions. Meet or exceed monthly billable hour goals. Knowledge of state and local rules are essential. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Colorado. Should be proficient with Mac, and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be knowledgeable of cloud-based software, web browsers, pdf compatible software, and related productivity applications.

The candidate should have exceptional research, writing and briefing skills. Must be able to work with a team in a collaborative environment or independently. Critical thinking that displays initiative and adaptability is essential. Should be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, efficient, hard-working. Strong communication, writing and presentations skills are needed.
