Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Advise and support business clients across diverse industry sectors on a range of commercial contracts.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including Manufacturing Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Sales Broker Agreements, Raw Material Supply Agreements, Packaging Supply Agreements, Equipment Leases and Purchases, and Product Sale/Supply Agreements.

  • Manage significant individual client responsibilities while working both independently and as part of a broader legal team.

  • Collaborate with attorneys across offices to deliver integrated client solutions.

  • Participate in pro bono initiatives and public service projects aimed at advancing societal justice.

  • Engage actively in diversity, equity, and inclusion programs supported by firm leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience handling commercial contracts.

  • Demonstrated expertise in contract law, risk mitigation strategies, and cross-industry collaboration.

  • Active license to practice law and a degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client matters concurrently.

  • Outstanding written, verbal, and analytical communication skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities and acute attention to detail.

  • Professional, client-centered service approach.

  • A portable book of business is required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of commercial agreements and negotiation tactics.

  • Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation within contractual frameworks.

  • Exceptional legal drafting, editing, and analysis skills.
