• Handle wage and hour class actions, PAGA, and representative actions.
• Manage single plaintiff employment litigation cases.
• Conduct routine court appearances.
• Participate in depositions and mediations.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of relevant litigation experience.
• California bar admission.
• Strong writing, verbal, analytical, and research skills.
• Experience in moot court, law review, or law journals preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
