Duties

• Advise clients on prevailing wage matters.
• Handle enforcement actions and individual claims before the DIR and DLSE.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
• Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts.
• Take and defend depositions.

Requirements

• Four to seven years of employment litigation experience.
• Substantial experience with prevailing wage matters.
• Admission to the California Bar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
