Mid-level Private Investment Funds Associate Attorney

A law firm in Dallas, TX is seeking a qualified Mid-level Private Investment Funds Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of fund formation experience. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in drafting and reviewing private offering materials and must be admitted to the State Bar.

Duties:

• Draft and review private offering materials for private investment funds.
• Provide legal counsel on fund formation matters to private fund managers.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to investment fund regulations and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex fund structuring and regulatory issues.
• Assist in negotiations with clients, investors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Admission to the State Bar.
• 3-6 years of experience in fund formation, particularly with private fund managers.
• Strong understanding of investment fund regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
