Duties:

  • Conduct legal research, investigate cases, and gather evidence.
  • Evaluate case merits, strengths, and weaknesses.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.
